I've spent my career on the revenue side of building companies. Not the sidelines.
Seller. Partnerships lead. Head of sales. Now a founder. Hensle Growth Partners comes from doing the work.
I started in front of a classroom, teaching social studies for five years before starting my first company, Mulligan Adult Sports League, which I grew to more than 650 weekly athletes and six figures in first-year revenue.
From there I moved into B2B sales and partnerships: selling advertising at MultiView, then spending five years as Director of Partnerships at LiveSource App, where I took the partner program from 1 relationship to over 150 (including NCAA schools, minor league baseball teams, and professional athletes) and drove more than $3.1M in platform sales in the first 24 months while growing the app from under 35 users to over 100,000.
I've since worked enterprise sales at Videobot and led sales as Head of Sales at ReferralHero, where I grew monthly recurring revenue 48% in six months, took monthly sales from $21,500 to $89,000 in a year, and expanded our global partner footprint from 3 countries to more than 40.
I've worked independently, as a 1099 contractor across sales, partnerships, and go-to-market roles, since 2017. In 2023 I formalized that work as its own practice.
In 2026 I started Juta, an AI-powered daily check-in service for aging parents (getjuta.com). Building Juta from an idea into a live, paying product (writing the positioning, building the pricing and quiz funnel, launching on Product Hunt, standing up a partner network) is where Hensle Growth Partners comes from. I'm not theorizing about go-to-market. I'm doing it, in public, right now.
Career record
Juta: an AI product, built and launched end to end.
Juta (getjuta.com) sends three warm daily check-in texts to an aging parent and delivers a quiet daily recap to their family. No app required, works on any phone. It's built for the adult child who means to call every day but sometimes can't, and for the family member who's tired of being the only one relaying updates.
Juta is named after a real family member with Alzheimer's. That emotional core is real, and so is the go-to-market behind it. Every lever below is one I pulled myself, on a live product with real customers.
I'm not repeating a framework.
When I advise on go-to-market, I'm describing decisions I made last month, tested against real signups, real churn, and real family feedback, not a case study from a business school.
